I’ll never be able to get over people calling her Supreme Admiral Blakey, it’s so darned cute. xD
There is another Blake around, but Blakey is a nickname she earned when she was a kid. Back in those days, she used to hustle chess and other games while in disguise, and her parents, in a very exasperated tone, used to have to go grab her before she could take too many people’s money.
They’d go, “Oh, Blakey, how much money did you hustle this time?”
And the name stuck.
The reason she likes to tease Claire when she can is on one trip to Arendelle Prime, she was in a park trying to hustle people in chess when she ran into Claire (who was also in disguise but was not hustling people).
It was the first time that Blakey had met someone she couldn’t defeat in a game of strategy, and they’ve been friendly rivals ever since. In fact, they always have a game of chess going, albeit one where they only exchange moves once a week or so, depending on how busy they are.
